- My name is Rebecca and I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist working within Marlow, London and via video call.

Knowing what to eat and how it's impacting your mind and body can be confusing at the best of times. My approach to helping you to feel better is to make sure that each step is taken at your pace that fits in with your life, that you have the understanding around why changes are needed and to give you support along the way.
