This one to one coaching is offered along with traditional training courses and blended learning. As Dery Learning does not have its own training facilities its overheads are small and that reflects in the prices charged.

One to One Coaching is provided by one of our trainers and can cover more subjects in a session that attending a longer course covering the same time. This allows a tailored approach to meet the individual needs of the learner providing clear benefits for the individual and their business.
Dery Learning LLP also provides a Business Consultancy Service with a focus on ‘putting people first’ ensuring that full staff engagement is considered to solve business issues. Our consultants will work with clients to identify problems and work with them to find solutions. We will not tell you what the problem is and how to fix it then walk away. Our aim is to work with you until the problem is fixed.
