We coach athletes and the general public to achieve their fitness and goals. We have a dedicated Therapy Room and the only "Photon" Infra Red Beds in the country.
We cover all areas of functional perfomance including Olympic weight lifting, Powerlifting, Strongman and have a range of specialist equipment , including specialist bars, bumper plates, Suspension equipment and both Hard style and Girevoy Kettlebells
We are open as a gym from 6.30am to 9.00pm monday to thursday, 7am to 8pm friday, 8am to3pm saturday and 9am to 2pm sunday
