I have 6 LANGUAGE DEGREES/QUALIFICATIONS (BA and MA level), and belong to 5 PROFESSIONAL ORGANISATIONS: CIoL, NRPSI, NWTN, Proz, and am an associate member of ITI. I attend their CPD events on a regular basis, and abide by their Code of Conduct.
My main experience lies in the BUSINESS, LEGAL, PUBLIC SERVICES/GOVERNMENT fields, and the translation of OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS (Birth and Marriage Certificates, etc.) and CVs, and also in the MEDICAL, ENVIRONMENT and INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT fields. I have translated projects of up to 42,000 words, and the CAT tool I use for my translation work is MemoQ, which is widely used in our profession.
As a Legal and Business translator, I have translated many specialised SURVEYS, REPORTS and WEBSITES, and also STATEMENTS, CONTRACTS, TENDERS, STATUTES and DEEDS. I also have extensive INTERPRETING EXPERIENCE in BUSINESS MEETINGS and CONFERENCES, and am happy to work in the UK and Europe.
