If you book to stay with us, we will offer you a Personal Meet and Greet service and will ensure your stay in our luxury holiday bungalow is a pleasant and enjoyable break for you and your family.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. It opens onto the garden room, which enjoys a view of the large private garden and has a cottage suite for your comfort.
The lounge has a leather suite and a Queen Anne style chair. The flat-screen TV comes equiped with Freeview and a DVD player.
Our luxury holiday accommodation also has 3 bedrooms. There is 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, which can be converted to a Superking double bed on request and also, 1 single bedroom. The two large bedrooms have Freeview TVs.
The bathroom comes with both a bath and a separate shower.
The bungalow also enjoys gas central heating and is fully double glazed.
Bed linen, bath and hand towels are also provided for guests. However please ensure you bring your own beach towels!
The large garden to the rear of the bungalow has had a small patio area created with additional bench seating in the garden to the side for your enjoyment.
To help you dissover the delights of the East Coast resorts and the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds which are just on your doorstep, we have provided a Tourist Information point in the Garden Room so you can plan what to do during your stay.
Yorkshire Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Bread and Butter are provided as a small complimentary welcome pack. There are a good number of local shops where you can purchase your groceries and the large seaside resort of Skegness is only a few miles away where a selection of large supermarkets can be found.
