With ARLA and NAEA qualifications, Alasdair knows the ins and outs of the property game. He is genuinely passionate, not only about property but also architecture, this shining through in any and all interactions. He has always vowed on using a professional for photographs, and so he does, for every property. He recoils at descriptions that are nothing short of a blurb, and so will only accept descriptions that will elevate a property and do it justice.
The St Albans Property Network is also organised, hosted and sponsored by Hawk & Chadwick, for no other reason than to meet like-minded people and spread knowledge throughout the property community in St Albans and the surrounding areas. They meet for a drink and some nibbles at The Slug & Lettuce on every third Wednesday of each month, building relationships, swapping war stories and passing on knowledge to well earned contacts, as well as advertising property that they have for sale to interested buyers and investors.
