- Hi, I am looking towards hiring myself out as the product to do basic diy, basic
maintenance, basic handyman, basic home improvement jobs you don't have time to
do, basic cleaning to remedial, basic gardening work, basic pressure washer
cleaning, basic window cleaning, basic painting, basic decorating, basic
plumbing, to flat pack assembling, vacuuming, floor cleaning (no carpets), house
sitting, basic repairs and so forth. Also I hold a waste & recycle licence
expiring next year (to discuss if asked. Help to hang your wallpaper, help to
update home security, help to fit coving & mouldings, help fitting vinyl
& carpet tiles, help in changing window and door furniture, help fitting
architrave & skirting, help with your home improvement projects, basic
outwork help, help fit or repair guttering (will only do ground floor), help
with basic external repairs and maintenance, help with basic planting, basic
unblocking of toilets and sinks, stripping paint and wallpaper, help laying
turf, help erecting your shed or greenhouse, help fit window locks, help with
draught proofing (in & out of door and escutcheons), help with painting
walls, doors, wood etc, help replacing a cylinder lock on door and five-lever
lock also, fit a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm, hang mirrors and
pictures or hanging type item, fit shelving, help fit curtain poles and curtain
tracks, repair doors, regrouting tiles, new silicone to a joint, help removing
mould, help changing a socket, help changing a one gang switch plate, help fit a
water butt (possibly this will become a popular choice in order to conserve
water in one small way with the conditions facing parts of the country at the
moment), help applying oil/wax/stain/varnish to wood, list can goes on but just

Please make accessible to a reasonable water point and electricity
point in order to do the job required if necessary part of the work. Ensure the
materials needed to have job done excluding the labour bought (and tools brought
with the person) is bought in advance before my arrival. I do not buy the
materials on behalf of the customer. Depending on distance to customer the
initial minimum going out fee or first hour is £19 thereafter the minimum every

I have a small trailer which can help in transporting goods or
materials of reasonable sorts to and from your place of residence. Hourly rate
will be incurred however an additional fuel supplement will be asked for this.
